AVM-F3200 Host Cloud


 

  • AVM-F3200 is a powerful cloud storage solution, called Host Cloud. It can install high availability virtualization platform, such as VMware or Hyper-V virtualization solutions. AVM-F3200 has redundant virtualization servers, high availability iSCSI storages, dual network paths and dual power circuits. Then it provides customers high performance, low IT cost, easy establishment and management, uninterruptable and perfect information safety.

  • AVM-F3200 provides Enterprise-level High Availability virtualization solution in affordable cost. Customers quickly import high stable virtualization platform to improve information security, but needn’t test and integrate hardware and software. They never feel uncomfortable to establish information system over public virtualization platform. AVM-F3200 include three important parts:

  •     (1). Virtualization Server and Management Server

According to customers’requirements, Virtualization Servers and Management Servers are consisted by many computer components, such as CPU, RAM, Motherboard…etc. The virtualization server operates a host OS, included an OS and a hypervisor. The management server operates an OS and a management system to manage the virtualization platform. For example, Microsoft Hyper-V 3.0 needs 2 virtualization servers and 1 management server. The virtualization servers operate Windows 2012+Hyper-V 3.0 and the management server operates Windows 2012 + AD Service. In normal, the virtualization servers can operate many virtual machines simultaneously. When one of virtualization server has some problems, virtual machines, which operate on the virtualization server with problems, migrate to another virtualization server. Therefore, the virtual machines can serve uninterruptedly.

AVM-F3200 provide two popular Virtualization Platforms, such as Windows Hyper-V+ AD Server and VMwarevSphere + vCenter.

  •     (2). Dual Ethernet Switches

AVM-F3200 has two Ethernet switches. The servers, storages and switches have two paths among them. 

  •     (3). High Availability iSCSI Storage

AVM-F3200 includes 2 high availability iSCSI storages at least. The 2 iSCSI Storages execute Active-Active High Availability function. The servers write any data to one iSCSI storage. The data synchronously writes another iSCSI storage. Therefore, the servers can immediately switch to good iSCSI storage when the active iSCSI storage has some problems.
